Yeah I only swapped from BT to PN in Jan as the offer saved me £20 a month for the same package. Then Last month they installed the cables and boxes amidst all this so… I know I now can get it but cannot order it as no home visits allowed. 
Yeah, noticed a lot of people across Europe having it, just wondered if it was also a BT issue but guess not 
Hopefully gets fixed soon as mythic raid tonight 
Lmao, I’ve posted about this weeks back. They didn’t really say anything useful.
Quite possible some ‘server’ exploded and is now affecting a larger portion of people.
Let’s hope they work on a fix soon.

No its not, as I said before for most people its been happening on and off for 4 weeks now from ALL OVER EU and beyond. Vast majority of UK people as today is correct tho.
I mean, at this rate I rather expect them to ask me to do a handstand while rubbing my own belly to fix the problems. Probably does more than actually sending in a support ticket with a response like that

so since everyone is reporting this lag issue with logz and all, can we have a response? maybe even an eta on the fix?
If you have Twitter account, tag their EU Support and inform them of this issue as well. I’m on it now.
Well blues in here can’t really do a thing about it, apart from stalling and contacting higher ups that can hopefully contact the people that manage the X data center and fix this mess, but yea spam them in twitter too since I haven’t seen a single mention of this yet @ twitter.

Lag issues are server side.
I have friends in Kuwait, and US - I’m from Sweden.
We’re all experiencing the same lag, so it can’t be on our ends.

If you guys know any streamer, influencer etc that plays wow ask them to tweet at blizz as well to bring up the heat.
