Since last 2 weeks i have 200-300 ms and i can’t be me cause my internet is fine and all other games are fine, so whats wrong with this lag? Small indie company?

Sounds like it’s your ISP has a routing problem.
A friend had something similar in Classic. Spent weeks communicating with his ISP back and forth and in the end had to switch to a worse overall provider just to play on Classic RP-PvP server. Sorry, but it’s definitely your ISP at fault, not Blizzard.
What you can also try is to use a VPN. If your ISP happened to have bad route to Blizzard server, it’s very possible that with VPN route will be different and you’ll end up with a more reliable connection.
Try with mobile internet, if ping stabilises and becomes good, it’s your provider
