Instead of wasting time with cheat-reports and hints to hacks@blizzard.com that Blizzard are obviously ignoring with absolutely zero actions thus far, let’s start publicly naming and shaming the scummy bots stealing our ranks. Should sparkle some actions at least from their guilds.
You’re way too forgiving for people that are exploiting your progress. These clowns should be hunted down and killed on sight.
Blizzard are spitting at the face of the honest and hard working community with their policy of allowing bots to run recklessly around. That’s hardly surprising though, knowing their Chinese-affiliation they’ve likely found a way to monetize the cash flow from bot licenses.

I agree all bots should be permabanned. However it’s difficult to encourage people to kill pvp bots as you can’t kill your own faction and everyone is too busy trying to out rank each other rather than work together to ruin bots. They also spend all their time camping in cities so they are difficult enough to kill anyway.
Also naming and shaming will only get you banned instead of the bots lmao. Ridiculous I know.
I’m not even ranking but it’s so frustrating to see auto jumpers, wall runners or people just standing afk at random points around AV

4 generals and warlords are banned on our server after proof of botting.
Either you dit not have/send anny propper proof… Or (this on i’m guessing) you just call them bots, when in fact there just farming 18/20h a day to get wat they want.
Activision blizzard, cant do much right…
But punishing cheating in anny of there games… They are ruthless

Im playing, farming so hard when im working irl the same time, but 0-24 bot users overfarming me, this is very funny… Blizzard want ban peoples whose trying to play as a premade, and np if somebody use bot… Alliance players has negative atitude, and when av is starting look the situation: 30 alliance players try to fight 35-40horde players this is unfair! Horde q time will raise, if bot users destroy everythink…
Literally 0 of the high rank alliance on my server bot. This may shock you, but some people actually just play this game a lot.

1e in last 3 weeks 5 rank 11-13 are banned for account sharing and tirth party software, in MY server alone.
2e, People realy are playing 22h a day and sleeping at there desk… IM on discord with some.
You, just shout and claim stuff wich you don’t know 100%sure.
Blizzard turned into a verry disapointing compangy with activision around… But if there is 1thing they do well… Its punishing cheating in anny of there games.

Honest question, how can you tell who is a bot?
Particularly if you don’t know them because they are not on your server.
Tell us more of this story if you could : ) It’d be interesting and encouraging. Do you know if they were mass reported? What were the proofs? Did they get perma?
It’s getting worse I saw them in AV for months but I’m playing WSG with my main and we normally have at least 1 player afk even when it’s pug vs pug. The same go’s for 40-49 bracket that I’m twinking in you’ll find at least 1 player AFK or having a hissy fit and not reviving.
Blizzard need to implement a report/boot feature that works off of reputation. So let’s say we get someone who is AFK and he gets reported by the team then have a system running in the background that tracks how often they’ve been reported AFK, how often they have been AFK in a BG lifetime and then players that are known offenders just get the boot. Have it so it resets every few months In case these players learn their lesson. This system would stop players from abusing the AFK kick function because players with an unblemished record wouldn’t be kicked only flagged idle and the repeat offenders get instant kicked if reported by a number of players.

Agree, even 1 streamer who does/dit it 20h a day… Imagen all those Kids who think streamer are heroes and gonna copy it.

Yeah, right. When a person never leaves the base cave they’re literally AFK-botting.
Most of them are not using bots. They just use autoclicker on macro button.
Macro is simple as jump or just cast something every 1min or so.
If you are super lazy. You can find those macros on forum

And yeah people are way too forgiving. Almost every AV when someone says in chat to report a cafe AFKer, someone will say “who cares” and most of the time the cave AFKers get away with it because people dont bother to report. Why the fck would you be cool with waiting in an hour long queue and then working hard to win a 30+ min game and having someone just fcking leech along off your effort? Why is this ok for you?
