Hello. I am not PCU either and I just want to say that if someone dedicates a lot of their own personal time to blog, trash talk, take out of context messages and even obviously faked ERP logs from characters that weren’t even on Argent Dawn, then they are a pretty sad person that should probably rethink what they are doing with their life.
Oh yeah, and you’re another random altposter that appeared out of the woodwork so you’ve even got less ground to stand on tbh.
I never said I was important Telaryn. Nor do I seek importance within a videogame or its community. If you think I’m bothered about that then you’re sadly mistaken. I understand that you are and that’s fair play man, you do you.
People having negative experiences are certainly valid. And from what I’ve seen, they do take constructive criticism fairly well. It’s just that most of these cases are like the COAD(PCU is bad cus they bad!) and eventually it all boils down to just spite for having been kicked or something similliar.
Having been part of a community doesnt automatically mean defending them. I’ve been part of guilds/communities I absolutley despised or still disslike. The diffrence is that, while I won’t defend them, I will also not completly trash them on the forums due to my own personal issues with them, because…who even does that?
It adds nothing to server and only brings more toxicity, such as COAD.
Then why’d you make a tinfoil hat post accusing people of coordinating some kind of brigade against you on discord? Bit of an irrelevant comment to make if it doesn’t bother you.
It’s not about raising criticism. It’s about writing the words ‘PCU’ and ‘homophobe’ in the same sentence often enough, then dodging any requests for evidence, until that association sticks.
Bigots do this a lot, and have done for decades.

Being the forum nerd I am, I’ve actually yet to see a single time any of these people have actually provided evidence for their accusations. Most of the time they stop responding when Perroy or someone else asks for them, or just says “nah I cant post it” and then also stops responding when asked to do it in PM’s.

i remember a time when i decided to fake a message from dreadbore in ad/d for memes and it took me a grand total of 1 minute (half of which spent on opening snip and paint) to make it say smth else
and coad took it and included it as proof for a story of theirs LMAO
The community, like any community, has a big variety of people. Some of them have views I very much disagree with - as anyone who has seen me go off on one in the discord can attest. But I have never, in my ~12 years of being a part of the community, seen anything above the level of edgy humour from anyone who isn’t swiftly removed from the community when it happens.
