lmao imagine agreeing with JKR in anything.
The way I can see Blood Trolls a little differently is because the lore describes them as having technologically regressed because of their reliance on Gâhuun. They didnât want or need the progress of the Zandalari to their south. Thatâs something I can work with at least.
I never read into the blood trolls more than that they were insane troll cultists and the reason they were evil/savage was because of Gâhuun.
iirc, they were the ones who still followed Hakkar after the Blood Plague, fled into the swamps of Nazmir, and ended up worshipping Gâhuun there instead â presumably because its power was similar enough to take Hakkarâs place for them
Ah okay, I didnât know about Hakkar!
It pleases me greatly that Rowlingâs own star actors vehemently disagree with her.

Truly a conclusion available only to the most galactic of brains
Yes, but the lore says no.
Except the Hagrid guy
Man mentioned how modern millennial snowflakes wouldnât âwinâ the war, but was born in 1950. Such standard boomer rhetoric: take credit for winning a war they never fought.
Its also a metaphor for not being able to overcome a major struggle or obstacle.
Iâm not sure if youâre a Brit, but when itâs spoken here, itâs meant more literally than that. Itâs a cliche that middle-aged gammons will claim weakness in modern generations, invoking the Blitz spirit â something they never actually had to live through.
pretty funny thing for a man who grew up in one of the easiest times and places to be alive in history to say
I still enjoy the first 4 movies, you get far by not really caring about the racial implications or undertones and just appreciating the story for what it is.
In the words of Game Director Ion HazzikostasâŚ
Not british and i had to look up hagridâs actor, that guy had an easy life.
They usually have. Itâs part of why they have such an inaccurate (and scornful) perspective toward more recent generations.
Also my housemate loves to say itâs all just due to lead poisoning. Itâs a take I think is highly based.

Still looked it up tho, since around his 18th age there were enough wars and conflicts to be drafted in.
When someone - especially a Brit - mentions âthe warâ it refers to WW2. There were not any major wars or conflicts during his early adulthood.
Look, trust me. Heâs referring to WW2.
well there was the korean war vietnam and his pilgrimage to the pantry, but i get it.
He was the fortunate son.
