That’s because this forum is quite oddly designed, maybe. The ignore function is in a very non-obvious place, imo.

blizzard can ban you for any reason they want and you can’t do anything about it.

That doesn’t actually ignore them it just makes it so you can’t see notifications from their posts.
Of course they didn’t. They know they’re wrong. They just can’t go back on it now or they’ll look even more like clowns.

They changed it. Now it is muting that only hides notifications. An ignore is an ignore.
