Hey. Im kinda new to era and pvp, nearly just got to 60 with this char.
Does the honor points reset at the week reset?
Or it it worth keep grinding and save for next week… It just seems i am capped at a rank for the week.
Download an addon called ‘ranker’. That addon will tell you the max honor you can benefit from each week. On low ranks the cap is very low. At higher ranks it is 500k. On Wednesdays, ranks are given out and you can start grinding again. So get whatever honor points you need by Tuesday evening.

Still doesnt know if the honor resets, like all honor thats above the rank i get, will it dissapear.
And will i keep the rank i get even if i dont play in a few weeks.
You keep the rank unless you get dishonorable kills. But any honor that is gained above or between the brackets that is stated in ranker gets you nothing. Example, if ranker says the max you need is 500,000 and you got 1,000,000 you would still only get the rank you would get for 500,000 the extra honor doesn’t do anything and is lost when the honor resets on wednesday. Each of the stages shown in ranker is what you actully get rank for. Essentially certain honor amounts you get points that contribute to gaining rank, those thresholds are called brackets. So if the first bracket you need is 337,000 as stated by ranker, but you get 300,000 you would get nothing for that week. If the highest braket is 500,000 but you get 550,000 the 50k extra does nothing.

Yes you keep your rank there is no decay anymore so whatever percentage you are in a rank its stays the same. (but if you get dishonorable kills you will lose rank iirc)
The honour you earn each week is reset on wednesday to zero and you then have to start from zero to grind the amount you want for that week to rank.
