Yes, twitter is more of a public forum than blizzard forums. If hundreds of people tweet at them and the only response is complete silence it makes them look rather incompetent publicly

If I have to play an extra week on your crappy system because of you, Iām gonna freak out. Fix the game! Itās so frustrating that a big company has to worry about something like this that the system doesnāt completely sabotage you and take away your life time.
