that’s literally the whole point. if there’s too many horde then roll alliance or play on a pve realm

you can still recreate whatever faction u want, u just gotta wait untilthe pop balances out
It will open again. It’s only temp while balancing takes place. Just wait a bit before creating your character.

It rotates all the time as people make more chars. You might just have to sit there for an hour or two refreshing, but you’ll get your desired faction eventually if you care enough about it. If all else fails, on SoD I heard there was a trick where you could reliably make either faction right after the server comes online from reset, but that’s 5 days away sadly.
