[Horde] LFRP guild and a plea to the rp community

you must be a brigxpert then… Now i’d like to know what was the :poop:show yesterday all i have left of it is a dead link to the thread? Red baron? wasn’t he known as the red death, infamous for not hitting anything an then crashing his dragonhawk?

Could we just make like a ‘place for Brigante to rant’ thread? He so often comes into one and it derails.

The flaw there, is that I already have an MU Orc Frostwolf with Wolf Pet, it would just be a retread of a concept…

There was a poop show yesterday? I was out clubbing in Coventry, to clarify, that means getting very drunk and dancing to sketchy 90’s music, not bludgeoning someone’s head in or kicking in toilet doors or whatever…

What Heresy is this, Baron Manfred von Richthofen is the most famous fighter pilot of all time. Admittedly, he wasn’t all that…most of his early victories were against Zeppelins, and he did have the advantage of Aerial Warfare being such a new concept that no nation really had an idea how to fit it into their TOE, heck, It took America until WWII to actually have a USAF as opposed to the United States Army Air Corps. His kill score of 80(or 81, its disputed) is modest by the standards of some of the Luftwaffe pilots in WWII, but those scores were massively inflated by aircraft shot down parked on the ground, as opposed to combatant in the air, largely for propaganda purposes.

The fact remains that whilst his Kill Tally has been exceeded, none have the same fame as the first of the Aces, Freiherr Manfred von Richthofen. Probably because he -was- the first.

Guaranteed way to really, really annoy Brigante, Call him ‘Red Death’, he -HATES- the name with a passion. “Of all the things they could have called me? I mean that’s not even me! I wear Red, fine, My Dragonhawk’s armour is Red, fine. I’m not bloody Red! They’re describing armour, not Me!”

I think we probably could when people don’t start having a pop at me and posting spurious shiz, or would you rather people just allow that to happen? Should I use the words ‘Based’ or ‘Red Pilled’, would that make it better for you?

Anyway, Warsong Warrior, Doing it.

Really great way to keep the troops supplied with rations by crashing those hawks though, the aerie council thanks you.

Yes, to be fair… i thought it was the result of you being drunk what the person popped in that thread :stuck_out_tongue:

Isn’t it a tradition of AD by now to make fun of the old crank? :stuck_out_tongue:

Oh well, I forgot. Confused something with something else. And… Hello there.

You do you. Go with what you enjoy more.

And for the topic itself, Horde RP is really fun, so can be the Alliance side! I really enjoyed both, and still do both.

So yeah, go with whichever you enjoy more, really. Great guilds and communities at both, great people and great RP.

I don’t give a monkeys what the Aerie Council think, they are six old duffers who have no impact upon anyone else other than my guild, despite the hysterical heel kicking kiddies, who lap up ridiculous ranks as long as it is their own…

The Aerie Council probably don’t even know what a ration pack looks like, or are even aware of what month it is… Way we did the rations the night before last, I was doing surgery on a Goblin in Stranglethorn, "Wrap the pork in Lynx jerky, stick that in the pan to brown, put some rice and water in the other pan, add some peacebloom, paprika and tomato pounded down, mash it into a sauce… When the two are ready, lightly toast some flatbreads, slice them open, pour the meat and the sauce and rice in there, bang, there you go.

That’s how we do rations, cheers.

Oh, I was -colossally- drunk last night, so much so that I ended up by accident ‘pulling’ a chap, which I feel really guilty about, as in honestly I feel bad. after two hours of realising someone is chatting you up persistently “Ah, sorry, no mate, barking up the wrong tree” doesn’t…really come close to being a sensitive response…eh.

I was however, nowhere near a computer, so no. Not me.

I’m good with that when it is good natured, I do it to myself

This sort of attitudinised posturing really makes a man question bothering to defend you. I guess I won’t repeat the mistake.

Do you know what that word means, or did you just look it up online?
If it was the former, you would know that ‘Based’ and ‘Redpilled’ are in fact perfect, in fact textbook examples of attitudinised behaviour, closely followed by……

Those who attempt to defend by decrying others who disagree with said behaviour (That’s where you come in).

Don’t worry about defending me, I neither need, nor want, your acclaim.

Next thing you’ll say is that you’re the Hero Gotham needs not what it deserves.

Wait **** it autocorrected from Josef Fritzl.

They said based not basement…

That’s what they want you to think! Secretly it’s code for “Time to put him in the box!”

The Brigbox? Say no more.
Please input the 5 20-digit input codes.

Yes, I do, and used it correctly. It’s not a particularly uncommon word*. If you had to look it up and still want to condescend to imply it’s misused, that says more about your grasp of language.

I’d say you never cared to pay attention to this forum’s kind assistance with your many lexiconic and grammatical pitfalls, but I see you’ve finally taken the advice to stop capitalising every other clause.

Kudos.

*Not a word one would consider arcane, for example.

Now i know you are the brigxpert but… arguing with him is a steep up hill battle and if you think you will come out on top… you are greeted by the ravine that is brigantu.

When did this became a post about folk ranting on each other?

I think we all know when that happened. Same time it always does

I guess, forgot this was AD for a moment.

A sacred AD tradition is taking place

Yes. When you arrived in the thread and made it all about you.

With a few exceptions of people actually responding to what I said, this thread has been nothing but just that: folks taking their rl stuff out on each other, thinking they’re quippy and funny and with their head very far up in a place where the sun don’t shine. From what I can see, browsing AD forums, it’s commonplace.

Threads that encourage positivity turn into pet peeve threads and it’s the same people that constantly post with + 2 k posts to their history. It’s no wonder to me now that everything is read in a negative light. I hope people get better and stop feigning that they’re doing it to have fun, because this is just sad.
