Now just as alliance can get rend via summon + MC. Horde raiders can get might or kings the same way but even bigger hurdle since you need paladin with full zandalar set for 7min blessing. If stormrend is added again can horde get forsaken paladin NPC who can give selected greater blessing instead of The 7min one then its fair for everyone both factions would get new buff
No, fairness leads to retail.
