Mirage raceway
Mograine is going to follow Razorgore and Ashbringer in upcoming weeks. I wouldn’t recommend such server. It might get refuelled on Wotlk release but most probably won’t have sufficient population to sustain whole next expansion.
To OP, if you don’t mind downloading chat filter addons and participating in GDKP runs, Gehennas is the way to go. Otherwise, I’d say Golemagg.

Gehennas and Golemagg are your only safe options, population-wise. Mirage Raceway might be okay if you don’t mind PvE realm and smaller population. Everything else is just begging to experience slow death of a server.

If you dont interest wPvP you can play in Gehennas. Gehennas is good server for PvE with big AH and a lot if raids. But it hevnt ally in outdoor.
Gehennas has only horde, but its most alive server where you can make horde character.
Pve servers are quite good for both factions, more to alliance tho.
Gehennas or Golemag.
