So like a lot of people here I’m very excited for wow housing, although I have a few concerns and potentially suggestions:

Charter neighbourhoods need too many signatures. I understand that endeavours will be tough to do with fewer people however I am part of a small family/friends group/guild and I’m worried about having to need more than a bunch of people to have a comfortable and safe neighbourhood for us to relax in

There are way too many vendors to get all the items from, taking into consideration the old expansion quartermasters and reps and having to buy multiple of the same item, it just feels so very time consuming to have to travel across Azeroth and outer space to get all the building items you want or need.

The lighting inside the houses is far too dark even with added windows and light sources. A way to set lighting outside of the sources you put down would be a great option to ambience to houses. Adding to this rather than making a separate point, the wall/floor customisation is far too bare. I understand more will be added in the future but as it is right now the option is either wood stone and blood elf style marble. No form of more interior looking walls or customisable colours for inside is a little weird for a player controlled build.

A clone option would be great. Having to place repeated items is a bit of a chore, and especially when having to scale up every single thing to match, a copy button (as long as you have one left in your inventory) would make life and decorating a lot easier.

Please add colours to the rotation and moving arrows/axis. Sometimes in a cluttered space it’s hard to see exactly how you’re turning it or if you’re on the wrong direction than what you want.
Just a few of my personal thoughts so far, I’ve enjoyed what I’ve seen on the ptr I just wish there were a few more tweaks but either way I’m excited to lose myself to housing
