How 2 Change Layer

Hi,

How to successfully change layer to group members? Is there an internal CD? Location/level requirements?

as far as i know there is a cooldown on how often you can change layers now. no idea what the limit is though as i dont care for such things. sorry

so if you just want to group up with friends then this should work just fine and you shouldnt be affected by the cooldown.
