I have been desperately trying to contact them since BFA, when they added a GCD to a bunch of spells.
The community massively complained, rightfully so, and Blizzard partially listened. They removed these new GCDs from nearly all spells in Shadowlands, reverting the changes made in BFA.
Except for one casualty: Soothing Mist.
Soothing Mist is still on the GCD as we speak, whereas it wasn’t prior to BFA. This has made the spec slower, clunkier, and less fun overall.
Nobody cares about Mistweavers, so my forum threads about this specific issue always get ignored.
This is why I need to get in touch with a Blizzard employee. Otherwise, this issue will never be fixed.
My quest is sincere, noble, and justified.

you can find them and tweet something but they might not want to answer since it’s their personal profile . i’d love to see someone actually answers people on forums but that would be so exhausting for them lol
I guess some people at blizz thought that permanently instacasting vivify and enveloping mist is a bit overpowered in both pve and pvp.
As I said, you could do that in MoP, WoD and Legion (only in PvP during Legion).
Mistweaver was still underrepresented, even with this perk.
It should also be noted that prior to Legion, you couldn’t “spam” Enveloping Mist, because it had a Chi cost.
You couldn’t spam Vivify (called “Surging Mist”, then “Effuse” back then) either because it had a very high mana cost. It was an expensive Chi generator, that you “could” spam, but you wouldn’t because it was far from cheap.
Good times.
Everything had so much more depth in WoD, it really makes me sad.
I haven’t even touched on stances yet.

Try Twitter I am sure you will find plenty outspoken blizzard devs that may be able to assist.
PS: Onlyfans is too high a price - you wont be able to unsee what you see there and it could scar you for life. 
50 upvotes is concrete proof that the products of my mind are aligned with the reality of the physical world.
