How can I talk to a GM?

As title says…

Anytime I have a problem in this game I go to open a ticket enter my reason and then get sent to an FAQ or website link. I don’t want to be sent to the website and your FAQ’s are not helpful. I want to recieve ACTUAL customer support from an ACTUAL GM.

I’ve seen people talking to GM’s in screenshots so how do I get to talk to one of these mythical creatures?

You open a custom ticket. I did it last week. I don’t know exactly what I did so can’t really tell how and it was not easy to find. But it was through the ingame support window. I got an actual human answering after 4 days and he actually looked in to what I asked and answered.

Esc>help>open ticket.

And if you can not evne categorize it then to be honest GM will not help you , you will need different kind of help for it.

Download some crazy hacks.
Else they won’t actually appear.
They are close to be instinct.

But u might have to spend 1/2 year trying to find one.
And that ain’t helping properly either gl
