The answer to the issue is:
People only like world pvp when they are in the 4v1 situation. Not in a 1v1 or 1v2 situation. That’s why pvp servers never really worked and really fast got 1 faction to die out.
If you enjoy wpvp so much and you like to gank people in the world then… and this is going to sound absurd… Roll a char on the losing side… you know the dead side… you’d have loads of targets… seems like the only thing holding you back is … well… you… Because its hard to level up when wpvp is a thing. Because you don’t like getting ganked in open world. Because you like the unfair fight where you’re winning…
You are the problem. Blizzard can’t fix you because its a hardware limitation. You are working as intended, no further fix needed.

Good that you mention it. I am planning to send my rogue to a server with 99% opposing faction, but only after i have geared him well in wotlk. Then he will be set lose upon alliance on a server where they think they are safe.
WPvP was only ever fun, when the person was either outleveling the person or once the person is alone.
WPvP was pretty much only rogues ganking solo players or groups of players ganking solo players.
Ah, this will explain why this guy likes WPvP.
He plays a rogue and likely camps low level zones to kill levelers.

The easy battles are not the most fun, i never remember those. I remember fights where i win 1 vs more. Or when i know i really am in the mind of my prey. When you get into the mind of your prey and in a sense control him. This is art. But i do not think you would understand this.

So I was right. You agree that its no fun being on the losing side. You see why monofaction pvp servers exist, you understand why they’re monofaction. You’d only transfer a geared character there so you wouldn’t have to go through through the wpvp experience.
I understand why you like doing what you’re doing. When vanilla classic released I did the same thing. I rolled a rogue on ally side because it was obvious that I’d be outnumbered. My plan was to just gank lowbies to annoy them. I was on vacation during launch, stayed in the lead group when leveling. Got to around 50 and then noticed all the maps were full of horde. No chance to even kill any mobs. I hid in Azshara, grinding mobs on the north-east peninsula, grinding mobs to level up to 58. Then 2 more levels of hiding in the world to level up and I finally hit 60 and could enjoy the benefits of unlimited targets.
I didn’t cry on the forums about the balance because there was nothing wrong with the balance.

I would not mind leveling greatly outnumbered in this case, it is not ideal but especially as rogue i would do it. But then i am 80 and then? Cant do bg (ok maybe cross realm), cant do arena cant do raid. No way to gear up.
So i gear up and when i am done my rogue will move and have some good times to remember.
This isn’t a conclusion you can make based on this.
People decided that being able to find groups and having access to a functional auction house is more important than world pvp. That doesn’t mean people don’t want world pvp, not even by a long shot.
He is also the same type of guy that complains of frost mage being op because he gets kited like and AI mob.
