now you are comparing random lfr noobs to good players thats not what is being discussed dont change the subject
You’d brought up the mythic thing, but sure.
Enjoy your disillusion.
Have a great time in Azeroth,
i brought up an actual real life example of blizzard having to break a WA
Yup. I feel they are neither “so good that you can’t live with them” nor “completely useless”.
As most tools, users make the tools’ value based on their own needs.
I feel it’s great option to have nonetheless.
For myself, it allows me to hide all castbars and have pretty much an empty screen with way less distractions, which i find great
Yes, I constantly peek at the abilities bars and other things, routinely. I like to compare this to very frequently looking at the mirrors when driving the car, or looking at the heads up display. After a while it becomes completely automatic. Then you start doing this for other things too, not just your rotational abilities, but party/raid buffs&debuffs, BigWigs timers, etc…
Imagine playing a game without addons telling you how to play it…
ever heard about muscle memory ?
Only addons I really use are tomtom, better transmog and wardrobe and then I did use handy notes to get the long forgotten hippogryph. And that’s about it then.
I’ve tanked in raids without any addons, I did end up downloading dbm because everyone kept talking about it but honestly, it didn’t tell me anything that I didn’t already know, was more annoying than anything. The only time I felt addons were needed was in the dreadlords fight in Sepulcher but that’s it. Mechanically the raids aren’t hard, remember your part and it’s all good.
This is just me talking as a dps and tank, I know healers got their whole another thing going on.
