The loot table is seeded according to the order that you enter the raid portal, and is entirely related to the class of the first person to enter.
For example, if the first one entering is a Warrior, this acts as a guarantee that mostly caster gear will drop. Faction also plays a role. An Alliance group is exponentially more likely to get Shaman items than a Horde group.
For best results take the following steps:
All raid members who desire a specific piece of look manually /roll before entering the raid.
Continue to /roll until all hit a low number. This will ensure all bad rolls are taken care of, leaving only good rolls in their wake.
Decide in advance among yourselves which classes should be the ones to benefit from this particular run, and then instruct all classes who cannot use the desired items to enter the raid first (i.e. if a particular shield is hoped-for, send in all the Hunters first).
Skinning a bear will aggro every bears in a 40 yard radius.
If you need loot to enjoy Classic youāre gonna have a bad time, even with loot luck. Loot is far too sporadic and distributed amongst soo many players.
It“s punnishment for speed-running the content, it“s punnishment for min-maxing the shet out of game. You should return to clueles gaming, it makes you happier
Yeah you alliance guys dont need anything with ur -30% threat reduction salvation OMEGALUL. You can work just fine as a fullprot tank on Vaelstraz lul. Sorry to say but alliance is easymode when it comes to threat.
but your claim is that the tank is threat capped due to gear? Hello, are you reading what you are typing here dude??
I am telling you that, despite your perception that your tank is good, if you canāt kill vael faster than 45 seconds because your tank is THREAT CAPPED that GEAR is not the problem, neither is the ammount of fury warriors you bring.
I mean we could maybe look at logs and try to analyze it properly, but at the end of the day itās either a case of some terribad dps players or too low MT TPS (or a combination).
Anyway I did look at logs:
Your tank pops DW/Reck/Last stand at 30s into the fight. DW and last stand should be popped 1-2S BEFORE the fight, along with DIAMOND FLASK ā Reck just prior to the encounterstarting and pop Mighty Rage Potion.
That way you donāt waste any globals and you get that all-important threat lead.
That is the only big fault I see your tank do.
Other than that I see that your ranged players are severily underperforming and the majority of your fury warriors are using heroic strike instead of cleave - so if they are struggling with threat they are actually just a little bit low iqā¦
What does one thing have to do with the other? Either way as Deep Prot I could somewhat easily hold 800-900 dps on patchwerk (without Salvation), and if you open your eyes to the reality that is below the 95th percentile, you realise very quickly that this is a dps number most never actually reach.
Iām quite sure you run around flaming people, but donāt even know your TPS number, let alone how much dps you can hold.
Edit: Since you said Vael specifically, yeah the warriors would need to stop at about 1050dps. But do your warriors deal that? Also if MT gets WF he can do a bit more. Rogues are not limited if they find their Vanish button and click it fast enough
Edit2: And wait a second: Isnāt there Tranq Totem that does -20%? Thatād get you to at least 1350 dps for Furyās and they can reach that without WF on Vael Iād wager. And if you got that DPS then Vael is ez pz lemon squeezy
Horde have tranquil totem but all the warriors lose their s**t if someone even mentions it. You get carried by WF and world buffs and then rage at the tank for not doing enough threat.
