I am asking this question because i heard that it is very hard to find a dungeon group as a shadow priest.What should i do?What do you suggest?

Well, it depends. At leveling or at max level?
I personally haven’t got far yet. And I plan to be a dps, shadow priest. But… While leveling, as usually, mostly needed ones ar healers and tanks. So since we have heals and shields anyways, we can might as well heal in dungeons. Plus I find it incredibly boring to dps. It’s just tab+whatever spell. Healing too might feel the same, shield, heal, renew etc. But it takes more attention, and choosing who is more important to be healed, because I sh** you not, I’ve often run out of mana in the middle of a fight, and while wanding the enemy, some decisions needed to be made 
Oh, and… Until shadowform… I don’t think that anyone gives a flying f*** about doing dps or healing. Unless the individual REALLY hates to heal. (Like I do with resto druid). Also the talent tree, as far as I’ve read on the interwebs, we shouldn’t just blindly move through shadow spec to get shadowform asap. There was osmething, something, then we respec.
At endgame, I can only assume. Since the raids are 20 and 40 poeple (or what was it), but there should be a spot for all types of classes. There’s also less to choose from, so… 
Most of the time the reason why you want to get preraid bis is due to have an easier time raiding. In that respect, theres bound to be people in your raid group that wants to run those dungeons. So the easiest way is to look for people within your own raid group to team up to, since they will then know your shadow, and will get to know your playstyle as well.
Another good idea is to team up with a Restodruid, since they don’t have a normal ressurection spell, you as a shadow priest provide that for the group, as well, wich makes it a lot easier to find groups as a team, then it will be for either of you solo.
A third option is to make your own groups.
A forth option is to join as a healer, cause shadow priests are perfectly capable of healing any dungeon, your a priest afterall, and then tell the group your rolling for shadow gear.
All dps have trouble finding groups, get an offspec set and your g2g as a healer also, gives you more options. Ofc if you are not there just get the quests done and want to go as DPS for drops, I would suggest making your own group - like every other group out there that wont let you in you will soon have 2 other dps and be spamming LFM Tank+Heal for hours on end.
TLDR; you should have been nicer to people you did dungeons with early on to have a stable of ingame friends to group with.
I find it easier to get into groups as dps than healer. The amount of people healing is absurd.
