Sounds like you are only interested in perfect runs so you bail out yourself. Truth is in a group of 5 80% of the mistakes will be made by other people than you. So it looks like you group up 80% of the time with terrible groups. No run will ever be perfect anyway.
I cleared HC raid in week 3 and i didn’t even bother to kill mythic bosses even tho i can clear first 4 if i want for vault to me it’s just pointless for a +10/11 keys gameplay
That doesn’t make sense though. +7 is minimum for hero gear, so in m+ you wouldn’t even have any gear to use crests on. Yeah ik…delve. but that’s not m+
Vault rewards from +3s are hero, which is why the argument of “I got this item I should be able to max it out with ease” doesn’t really make sense to me.
597-606 is normal
610-619 is heroic
623+ is mythic.
Well. if my skill stops me at my current ilevel to complete anything but 5 or 6. Wouldnt it be a path to follow, to get vault loot once a week and try to max it out the following week? would sure take a long time, but atleast grindable… not deadstop
but in reality its like - if they hard stopped at 619 itlv rewards from m+ GV ? whats the point of even playing when they can get exactly the same from lol-easy dvelves.
and then - whats the point of farming for months to get to 619 only for then to having to farm again gilded crests with 0 option to get myth track gear ? no point even trying.
and you see it in completion numbers - we are already 1 mln less m+ runs compared to week 1. lets see how many less happened last reset when reddit shows week 8 resoults.
you gotta realise its deliberate - its desperate attempt to force people back into toxic mythic raiding guilds just do they get mythic gear to even progress m+ .
When someone’s skill level caps out at +5 or 6, he is not going to mythic raid. With all respect though.
The idea is in M+ you have farmable champion gear with also the corresponding crests, which should bring you into +7-8 territory for hero track and gilded crests so you can go up to 626 which is overgearing +10’s, where you get your weekly myth track item.

It is 15? crests per upgrade and 3-4upgrades/slot x15 so around 650 crests± to go to 619 with champion.
You get 12 for each dungeon…so its 55completed keys… 27h gameplay. and then you need to do the same for 619-626?
Another 27h.
For the average joe that maybe spend 5-8h/week playing. thats an 8week progression to end up at 620+.
Well, maybe it is as intended then. And i guess then the path choosen from devs in tww aint for me :D, coming from earlier expansions and some classic. never spent 8weeks farming “pre-bis”.

Sure thing, but its a wisdom old as Wow… that good gear gives some padding for mechanics. But your right.
You are also getting a vault. The amount of crests needed goes down by a lot But i also would say; 5 hours a week playtime is a rather low amount for a game like Wow.
Everyone should have realistic expectations of their end goal. Probably it is better to focus on having fun in the game than getting ilvl.
