Did you use a site or do you group on the moment?
My guild uses a discord bot for all kind of events.
I don’t use discord much but i found this pretty cool.

Back in my days, we simply had a website with a calendar. They even had nifty functions such as assigning role slots and signing up right there in advance, so the raid leader had a decent idea of the turnout.
I guess nowadays people do it via Discord. Not my cup of tea, but it’s the thing for just about everything these days.
