If there were that many pvp-enthusiasts prefering small scale fights and farming randoms ab/wsg would happen more often - but there’s not.
The vast majority likes getting a reward for their time investment and here comes av into play.

What is this negating that the company made the pvp changes? Of course people will always choose the path of least resistance, even if that means the task at hand is abhorrently tedious.
You could also just eliminate all mobs from the raids and let people walk straight to loot as an option. It doesn’t take much thinking to know what would happen to the game right afterwards.

Classic players today have kids and jobs now and can’t spend spend that much time getting r10-14 as in 2004 when they could spend entire summer on bg
Exactly. Thats why efficiency is king. You can still reach r10 with a moderate time investment.
This is besides the point.
First of all, there is no PvP in AV - it is a PvE rat race to the win. Lets just establish the basic fact, that there is no pvp to talk about in the game at the moment. Zero.
Now, skilly or not skilly, from a healthy PvP scene in which all skills levels play to a non-existant community there is a long stretch. Could they make pvp better and more user friendly w/o killing it completely? Can they boost WSG/AB honor rewards with this goal in mind? Is there a middle road?
I could talk about raids the same way you do about pvp. Again, let us say we get rid of all raid bosses/mobs, why don’t we just say - “If you’re in the need of skilly PvE play a game made for. Today’s grown-up player’s are not that exited about frostbolt-frostolt-frostbolt-forstbolt-skillz anymore. Efficiency is king; it’s 2024.”
And what would be more efficient than that, right.

No one literally cares about wsg and ab. Av is still bis even if rep gets nerfed because you can afk and get honor even if lose. Problem is community not blizzard

“Because you can afk”? Man, you obviously were never part of the pvp community and don’t care about it so stick to pve where you probably spend your time. As it is with AV in its current state you are sorted. Enjoy.

I also don’t like that pvp turned into pve grind, but you just trying to throw responsibility on blizzard when problem is literally in classic players and their will to abuse and optimize everything.
Lots of today’s player have old child now, and more time to play than Vanilla 
I do know for a fact that many others think exactly like me.

This game is made for pve and been played in the most efficient way regularly. Fully buffed toons hitting fully debuffed mobs; the pullhunter keeps feeding the crowd.
Nice loot inc. Nothing more you can do here.
It’s ok to not enjoy fast and efficient raids.
I’d understand that you’re missing the good old times but hey: at least you have had a good time vaporising victim’s.
And you can continue this by interrupting enemy forces in av. I’ve earned ~20k hks during my rankings (multi 11s).

I have been playing Era since day 1. Q3 2023 is not “good old times”.

How to I vaporise Orcazmo, Powerstation, Tengil, Bitemi, Illmatic, Gooseneck, Mazzanegra, Kokaina, Easygirls, Premixx, Keikaku, Elwenil, Hottin, Fies, Angräl, Miali, Elwenil, Chs, Seilbot, Entebbe…? Is that a good enough sample? Should I give you more names? How would do you vaporise them?
I am just baffled by people that have had zero impact in Era, ever, in PvP, arguing with people who have legitimate concerns about the state of a chunk of the game.
Oh and when the PvP update happened I lost 65k HKs out of the blue now that you bring that up. Is that my fault too?
