i have full heroic and mythic and when i join lfr or normal raids to get items for transmog game wont let me roll need on them it only gives roll for transmog option and its useless cause there is always someone that needs the item so joining lower difficulty raids for transmog is completely useless.

well thatâs not the part thatâs problematic here lol ofc. you shouldnât be able to need lfr gear if thereâs someone who can use it. group loot sucks and this is one of many reasons why.

Why not? He still needs it, just for a different purpose. And if hes heroic / mythic geared hes contributed to the kill, but you want to deny them reward?

Here you go, the other way to get lower tier xmogs other than the LFR raid would be to spam lower level dungeons get veteran gear peices and dump them in catalyst every 2/1 weeks

I love how him and a few others are angry about how some people dare sell the loot they won, and thats a reason why personal loot should come back, where they also did this

Yeah, with only 1 catalyst charge every 2 weeks, itâs going to take 16 weeks to convert a full 8-piece LFR set.
Itâs hard to say how many charges one will need for progression gear, since that depends a lot on raid and vault drops, as well as how many tier pieces are BiS for oneâs spec. Letâs say one wants 7, then thatâs 14 weeks.
In total that makes 30 weeks into the season until one will have enough catalyst charges to have completed oneâs mainâs progression gear and the LFR tier set.
Unfortunately, creating alts is the only option of getting the LFR gear faster. Feels like quite a lame, in my opinion.
