It was a particular pain in the 
when 8.2.5 launched and Orgrimmar was tagged as current content due to the 5 minutes of War Campaign finale taking place in it / around. We had OOCers from random realms sharded into ours disrupting RP for a week before they fixed it
Jeeeez…that really is a thing one could confront the devs at blizzcon with.
Yep. Perhaps now you might understand why we’re getting pretty fed up with this stuff and don’t want the griefing non-RPers tend to bring, intentionally or not. I know there are people who just like to observe RP, but in my experience they often fail to make themselves invisible/stay out of the way without disrupting things.
If someone RPs even as a side hobby next to raiding, they’re welcome here. There’s no weekly RP quota one must fill, we only wish that one comes here with the wish to actually RP and contribute to what the realm is meant for.
There’s better realms out there to cater for someone who has no interest in RP at all and only wants to PVE and PVP where they’ll find their needs better fulfilled.
