How long do the servers go down for at 3am?

I notice that most nights the servers go down at around 3am server time. Does anyone know how long for? People have told me an hour, but I’ve never tested it. I usually just go to bed.

The official statement is 1 hour but most of the time they are back in like ~10 min.
