According to data on the eu battle net, it takes from 5-14 in-game days to get lvl 60. On average 10 days or 240 hours meaning it will take you 60 days if you play 4 hours every single day which is quite an investment in my opinion if you are not making money out of it. How many hours a day you play?
Should hit 60 just in time for the opening of the portal
Play at your own pace. Don´t concern yourself with others. It´s pointless.
Or is this a “PLS give EXP buff thread” in disguise?
I am trying to figure out the percentage of the try hard gamers versus casual players with family and responsibilities. Nothing to do with the exp buff. So how many hours roughly you play the game a day?
Not as much as i would like to. It´s because Nek´rosh is pretty barren due to fresh HC and Cata is just raid log and the occasional heroic dungeon.
I still dont see how other peoples playstyle is relevant to you though^^
Between 10 minutes and 4 hours (sedldom any of these extremes, more like 1½ hours) WoW - and more so HC - is for me the only game where it’s at all meaningfull to log in and play for very short periods of time.
I play as much as I like to, and when I don’t it’s not overfull or empty servers holding me back, but bugs and changes.
Usually 2 hours or so on a week day (if I get on), if it’s a weekend I can do more. If it’s a Sunday and I’ve got nothing else to do I could legitimately play for 12hours + but it’s not too often that’s the case
Too many hours. To be 60 within 2 weeks after the release.
A mage on Spineshatter got 60 after what, 4 days since release!
To be fair they have to either acc share or they do drugs. Even with aoe farm. I already feel behind after 5 days, seeing the amount of nolifers in classic
2 hours a night on weekdays and on weekends it can 4-12 hours. I want to know how many hours the people who are level 30+ in the fresh servers are playing. I want to be 60 in time for molten core but i dont think thats going to be happening lol
These people are online from morning until evening, in my guild for example
Me and my wife entirely generate our income from home, so I can easily allocate as many hours as I want on gaming. But I fully understand how mages AoE grind that fast. Simple, ensure on day 1 you get ahead enough to have all the early AoE grinding areas for yourself. Then AoE away as your lead accelerates, ensuring you are always alone in the new AoE grind zones.
Little gains multiply quick.
You my friend are living the dream
No offense but i dont think you can Play that amount with clear mental sanity and even “working” from home you legit cant play that amount, because you still have to …Work ? Without Amphetamine you wont be able to nonstop Play without sleep, thats what they are doing, sniffing huge amounts of Speed or coke, like in the r14 days
Well suppose I can re-phrase. One can make all his money via investing on stock market…which takes few clicks whenever the hell you feel like it
Not talking about an office job which requires the hours. I don’t need people to believe it, after all it doesn’t affect my life one bit!
But yeah, I’m talking strictly about my own gameplay (level 32), not about the mage 60.
Yea OK thats still doable but these freaks at 45-60 are Out of their minds
This is such a idiotic statement. “A lot of time invested and no payment for it”
It’s not a business investment, it’s a game… You play it for fun… Lol.
The fact that people at all use the words “paid” and “investment” in a game is just so very very wrong.
I have a day off on Saturday so I’m gunning for a 12-16 hour session
dont play it ,go make money
Well wow community is quite broad. We have streamers who do invest in the game to make a profit out of it or infamous gold traders as another example. It makes perfect sense for them to be on top of the lvling curve and play 24/7 to reach the max lvl as soon as possible. I don’t think they treat wow as just a game.
