How old were you when WOW came out

I was a young and innocent 17 year old lol

Yeah I remember…I said to you “oooooh let’s try that game I saw on South Park… I want to be a Tauren!”

12, initially played on my brothers account with 1 character.

I’m wondering when someone will say
“I wasn’t born yet” xD

10 years old. My mom had the alpha which I also played on so I’ve played since before the start.
Not speaking a word of english was an interesting experience, but it also taught me english way before I was supposed to so it worked out pretty well for my education :stuck_out_tongue:

I was 14, was big fan of warcraft but could not get wow because

  1. had no pc, brother had one but didn’t want it
  2. very crappy internet back then, lived in countryside
  3. subcription, my parents definitely would not paid for it

This smells like collecting personal information to me… If you know what age someone was when the game came out, you’ll know how old they are now, duh.

At least be honest and just ask how old everyone is, rather than masking it with a “fun quirky” question.

I was 19 days old when it came out.

EDIT: sorry got the 23 and 24 in the OP the wrong way round. Adjusted my answer.

I had recently turned 8.

Didn’t learn about WoW until WOTLK though.

And still got more sense than some of people on these forums.
