How small are baby gnomes?
If really small would they be viable for tennis or racket ball?

When I was RPing at the Argent Tournament with Brigante the other week there was two gnomes RPing that they couldn’t get served at the bar because they were mistaken for children 
I imagine baby gnomes are marmot sized…

Yes. A couple of the “young” versions of the bronze dragons use the model even, they’re down in the Caverns of Time in the main area.

We do see some during Children’s week but we just don’t see enough. Stormwind has kids running around. All cities should be like that and various settlements out and about.
Now all I can think about is the Futurama “Popplers” episode…

There are Human, Orc, Draenei, Blood Elf, Pandaren, Nightborne and Zandalari children in game as far as I know.
Hell yeah, like the children in Skyrim, they’re hilarious
If baby gnomes are introduced there needs to be a reference to that episode in game.
