That’s a good change in my opinion
Just seen your edit. I don’t think that much was intended to be honest with you

OK so I wont be able to link our guild application google form for over two weeks.
I may have to try one of those cheat ways round it. Having to tell people to go to raider io or wowprogress to see it is a bit naff.

If you try and post a regular blizzard URL here, what happens. (i.e. dont use the link took, just paste a URL to a blizzard page)
If the link is offsite to a site not trusted by blizzard you won’t be able to. But if you want to link your guild recruitment thread and DM me on twitter with the link you want, I can reply in it with the link if it helps for now?
Thanks for the link.
Also, my trusted lvl is ZERO. Thanks Glizzard!

I agree completely. I wouldn’t really want to have GD full of asmongold’s photos for example

The thought of that made me shudder… I have passed the information along the line though.
10+ Years of posting on the forums means nothing, of course
Yup, the thing that annoys me as well.
You’re my favourite MVP, always <3
Works for youtube and twitch links too, just tried it, but deleted the links since they were not really relevant
That’s because youtube.com and twitch.tv are trusted sites, just like battle.net.
At level 1, you can’t post a link to, say, https://addon.bool.no
, a tool we frequently use in the UI & Macro forum for users to install custom-made addons.
Thanks for the link.

Each level is it’s own group. you are a member of both trust_level_0 and trust_level_1. Means you are level 1.
That’s because youtube.com and twitch.tv are trusted sites, just like [battle.net](http://battle.net).
I know, but unlike blizzard.com
or battle.net
they show a thumbnail, so I wasn’t sure if they wouldn’t need a bigger trust level to allow it. Actually the video is even embedded.
[edit] Seems wowhead is also a trusted site, can link items from there:
This blue trinket of item level 59 goes in the "Trinket" slot. It is looted from Knight Captain Valyri. In the Trinkets category. Added in World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth.
Just found an easier way to get your trust level:
go to your activity page by clicking your avatar in the top right and then your name. The URL will look like this:
https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/u/name-realm/activity
simply change/activity
to.json
, and that will give you the file with your forum data.in that file, hit ctrl + F and search for “trust_level_” without the quotes. Don’t stop at 0, keep going until you’ve seen the highest number and that will be your trust level. So if you have trust_level_0 + trust_level_1, your trust level is 1.
Brilliant. Thank you. Have a Like.
Style over substance, wasn’t broken, didn’t need fixing, this new format adds nothing but confusion, which I guess was the intention.
Homogenize and conquer.
Smokescreen.
