How to contact support after in game bug?

Im returning player to WoW classic SoD phase 7 and on my druid ive bought all runes at Rune Broker and 1 rune does not exist, Improved Swipe…
So no problem i just contact support right? but i can find no trace of actual support info, only bug reprt where they dont get back to you, or directed to wowhead forums when noone seem to be able to answer me.

Iven if the game has been on decline i still pay for ot and should be able to find a way to contact support easyer then this…right?

Nope. Blizzard hates Classic players because we don’t buy 90€ mounts.
Each time we contact support a Retail player has to wait 8.3 seconds longer for their payment issue to be processed, which directly correlates to a decline of the share price by 0.001 cent which is unacceptable.
I guess you just have to play without that 1 rune.
Sorry but we all have to make sacrifices so some Californian millionaire can afford another yacht.

You would think so, but no. You can click through like 5 submenus of the deliberately user-unfriendly “help” UI and submit a ticket in game, but it will be answered in 3 days by a chat bot that tells you to go complain on the game forum that nobody from the dev team or even community management reads. That’s it. The game quiet literally has no human-based support anymore, outside of financial questions like payment fails/processing.
It has been like that for years, that is what you are paying for. It won’t get better.
