How to disable auto-respec when joining LFD?

When I join the dungeon through dungeon finder system it changes me to different spec. Can’t find any option to disable that.

It automatically changes you to the spec you got accepted in with. So if you get in as a tank, it will change it to your tank spec.
There’s no way to disable this option, as far as I’m aware.

This is why the person you’re boosting is there, his job is to remind you to go DPS spec again so you can blast through the dungeon ASAP

This once confused the hell out of my druid when I queued as a dps - I’m Feral - and then when joined it activated my moonkin specc… I think this was a bug and it never happened again…

Hey I’m a strong independent cat who doesn’t need a dps to carry me…

Since when does it happen, is this a 8.2 change? Because it happened me many times when I joined a group as healer, and had to manually respec and drink to get my mana filled, and many times people were so impatient they complained and/or rushed even when I said “wait 30s for respec and mana”.
