As the title suggest, I enjoy playing one character and doing both rp and endgame content. However it is hard to find a guild that does both, are they any other options I am unaware of ?
What you’re looking for would probably be raiding with a community rather than one with a guild tag.
I don’t know of any RP guilds that do raiding seriously as well. But I know a few guilds allow people to join the “Community” and raids without being in the guild, so you can stay in your RP guild.
By looking for communities that do PVE together without necessarily being in the same guild. You can also just look for friends who do PVE, and set up a group together. Only need 4 people for Mythics, and 9 more for Raids.

Just Pug brother. Better than adhering to a schedule, closing down the chance of joining an RP guild and otherwise.
Can always ask people in your RP guild should you join it whether they want to run some content and improve together.
I get Curve every season and usually go for some M+ here and there with the off chance if I can be bothered to get KSM.

Oh 100% I definitely agree it’s just not something that you will openly see on our here server.
Most guilds either focus the two avenues and keep either separate you have content guilds and then you have RP guilds. They don’t interweave unfortunately.
However, you my friend could be an exception if you decide to make one. 
I am not smart enough to be a guild leader I am afraid.

It depends what you’re looking for exactly!
You can have RP without a guild and you can do content without a guild.
I for one do all of my RP as guildless (well, I have a guild but it is only my character and her student) and I run a m+ group on the side for end-game content on the same character.
Though if you do want an IC guild on this character, then perhaps having a raiding or mythic community on the side would be your cup of tea. They don’t always require for you to be part of a guild, very often they run through discord or ingame communities.

Many guilds do content as well as RP. You don’t have to choose between the two if you don’t want to.
Do you know any ? The ones I see advertised for on here seems to only rp.

So as someone who do both, being apart of a guild AND RP frequently…
It is, as some have said depends on what you are looking for and how often.
It comes down to what you want to spend most time on doing.
My guild raids twice a week, casual HC, same days same times and I build my RP schedule around that as it is a stationary factor while for me, RP is more flexible.
You only need so many dungeons in a week for example, say… I do most of my dungeons on the weekends with friends. Most RP happens in the evenings anyways
When the end content becomes dull, all the gear is completed, raids are done etc I just take a break and go full on RP until the next season begins.
Edit: My first guild on AD did both, we had twice a week raid, and once a week RP event, everything else was fairly casual on both sides.
Just asked if anyone was up for either one of them.

What kind/level of content do you partake in if I may ask ?
Normal/heroic raids, mostly. M+ or pvp when ppl feel like it. It’s not mandatory though, RP is the main focus.
Is it pve or pvp end game content you are mainly interested in?
Mostly pve, I have dabbled in pvp but being a bdk I keep to bgs
