LFG has to stay, just remove auto-matchmaking and teleportation, only keep it as a list of a groups looking for people with a simple /w to group leader button next to it.

Why did they quit ? The forum was 90% flying requests and not much other complains. Nothing is stopping you to go and check the old forum

Looks like some people over here are not able to distinguish real pvp servers with warmode on or “setting youself behind the others”. On PvP-Servers there is no toggle, that warmode bs is just the same as PvE, you were able to enable PvP there too, just without a fancy schmancy bonus. How is that different from PvE? There is no PvP anymore and the only thing blizzard is doin is to encurage turning on pvp by slapping a bonus on it.

What distinquishes them is that one is a flawed system where people were stuck on servers with a system that basically ruined the game for them. And not all of the time was this due to those players just making a bad call. Sometimes faction imbalance just made one side nigh unplayable on certain servers.
It’s completely different.
The fact that it’s a bit more forgiving in that you can opt out is a GOOD thing.
You are saying that forcing people into something against their will is good. You know what they call that kind of activity in real life?
There’s enough of it. 
But the bonus should not be a thing. Well, pvp bonuses, sure. Not pve ones.

As much as I love raiding and its one of the best aspects of this game - flying was the thing which is reason i likely will no longer buy future expacs. While I support the “experience world 1st on foot” and pathfinding sounds cool concept, then the way it was handled in both legion and bfa, makes me feel it is the reason next expansion is not bought. Sounds so trivial as reason, but it is single most annoying reason.
In legion you had timegated grind after loremaster etc - and then they made patch later Argus that was no fly zone.
In Bfa, they not only force you to loremaster, they add you also rep grinds, then they add patch and then add 1 month rep grind top of it.
if they’d say no flying at all, fine - say it before new expansion, and add some other long term goal for players to catch, but do not claim there will be flying and make it a chore to get.
So yes… the way pathfinder P2 has been handled past 2 expansions is THE reason i likely will not get 9.0.
Instead that timegated and numb grind how about they add class quests and mage tower alike actual content. Or suramar alike zone, where is story and stuff to do. They can, but they wont.

How to not throw “dirt at each other” , when this “Classic” idiot wants his medieval and obsolete ideology to be implemented in retail. That’s why they released the Classic version, so that sad fanatics like him can enjoy killing the same mob for 60h straight. I don’t want that in retail. I want changes that are updated with the current trend.
