hi, I have cleared most keys on 24 but now it takes me 30min+ to find a higher key and get invited.
I figured to push higher I need a team. I have tried makeing profile on raider io but I dont really know how to find ppl. Are there some kind of team builder website or something that is active?
Sounds like every 30 minutes you got the chance to add people to your friendlist? 
The people who played with you up to +23 - 24 no longer want to push further?

Skill & Behavior issue.
When Iâm pushing high keys, I generally ask if I can add people I enjoyed playing with to my friends list. That way, there are usually people online who I know are good players and who have the same goal of pushing keys as I do.
asking others is usually a temporary solution. blizz should update the guild finder & add a team finder tab

I would just swap to tank at that point. Good luck finding tanks pushing 25+ keys for pugs lol. Much easier to find dps and even healers.
There are some tanks, you could say gl finding good players doing +25 and up in pugs, there are, but not many
Nah, there are always many dps and healers for those keys. You donât have to be great player to play dps at all.
My husband pugs high keys in same room and he only complains about DPS. Especially demon hunters, what they are doing or, not doing. About the tanks rarely he complains
That is correct. And not only that, you will see that 25s you need to coordinate much more than before.
Even if you did find people to do 25s, you would 99% of the time deplete the key for those reasons.
So you need Discord and such.
You have 2 options:
Semi Organized with Friends list: Just keep playing 23s and 24s. Non stop. And grow a massive friends list. Then from that massive friends list, try to hook up at a similar schedule with people you click. Especially tanks and healers. Once you found your group, expand communication systems. It helps to use WhatsUp for this, cause then you can agree at some X time to be online all together. Then push your keys.
Organized: As others suggested, guilds and communities. Guilds tend to work better though. So look up.
However, be prepared to spend a long time doing 24s. If you wanna push further, you need to do your own keys. And you cannot guarantee that each an every one of those will be timed, and sometimes you have to farm keys to fish for that sweet AD26 or whatever.

believe me , making friends is not an issue.
It obviously is or youâd have friends to run keys with. I mean, I have no shortage of people who are actual friends to run keys with at all levels. Maybe the issue is that you consider anyone you meet online as âsome randoâ.
i already have enough friends to run keys. i prefer to pug it
Blizzard does have a problem tho⌠When I was making my character, I didnât think of looking up what kind of people were at my realm, just choose the one w food population. And in the end it turns out itâs basically a Hungarian realm, why should I pay 25 e for transfer, especially when having many characters that you play on realm? Blizzard should have some kind of alert before you make a chat.
Should they call it a âcontact list for coordinating group activities with like minded individualsâ instead of a âfriends listâ then?
No one is saying you should be besties with them or arrange sleep overs. At that level its a pretty small population who do keys. If you clicked in a run, why not add like minded people who you gelled with instead of your ridiculous drivel of âBlizz, fix itâ.
Pushing score isnât just about skill, there is a social aspect to it. Do you feel you can play for hours with them without wanting to commit murder? Do they give and accept criticism well or are they too âdoucheyâ for you on this? Blizzard canât statistic their way to success with this.
What does your realm matter? You can make friends on any realm.
I prefer chatting with my friends on discord while Iâm playing, but whatever floats your boat, I guess.
