How to get Onyxia attunement?

I have to kill like 20 elite dragons.
No one ever replies to me when I say LFM in /1 or /5
guildies don’t need it either.
any tips?

the first one in Burning Steppes. I have to kill 15 whelps, 10 dragonkin warriors, 4 wyrmkin and 1 drake, all elites.

I’m sure the whelps aren’t elites, the other ones yeah, I grouped up and soloed some (warlock). It’s sad if you can’t rely on guildies help for that I can help if you’re on Stormspine.

You can knock over the Wyrmkin I’m Burning Steppes easily - I farm them daily for Dragon Scales - The Dragons themselves are easier

If you can’t solo them you probably are not geared for Ony - and that is not a criticism - it’s an observation

You’re right the whelps aren’t elites I’ve killed a couple of them but the others are, tricky as warrior. Thanks for offer but I am on Ten Storms. Our population has gone down so much, not many players when you are trying to make a group for something that doesn’t involve blackrock mountain.

Other possible solution is to pay gold for someone to help you out. Sounds extremely lame I know but it seems the only way to get people to help some times, try insisting in your guild, It’s not like it takes long to finish that quest if you get a lvl60 to give you a hand.

But yeah, the only thing I can think of rn is either you pay someone (yes it is really lame to have to do this) or just keep asking in world chat.

Not sure you really need to be “geared” when its only requires 20man anyway. But yes I am not “pre-BIS” or watever BS people require you to have. I just thought it would be handy to get attuned before I reach level 60.

I have a fundamental problem with paying people to help you in the game but not a terrible idea
I’ll get it done im sure… just having a moan lol.

He’s a warrior, not a warlock. He’s not going to solo many elites, especially not at a stage he still needs Onyxia attunement.

Try trading tanking services for help with that quest? It’s quite sad you can’t rely on your guild for that quest.

Not being geared? You mean he has to start onyxia attunement when he outgear onyxia?

If you re guildies aint helping you then probably best advice i could give you is to swap guilds… we re doing attunement for alts every time few of them need it… plus boosting alt characthers when there is not much else to do etc

Now - I didn’t say that - and OP actually volunteered he was not pre-BiS or Level 60

So an element of the att he should be able to solo is very difficult for him

So should a player who has not yet started progressing their gear in MC be worried about Ony att - probably not- almost certainly not

Seems to be rushing a little - but hey - that’s my opinion

Next time you get a group for BRD just ask if they can help you kill them before hand, shouldn’t take up too much time

if there is a skinner ask if you can join with loot ffa so they keep everything. I wouldn’t mind.

Dumbest thing ive read in a while, and that says alot for this forum.

He is doing the prequest while leveling, like everyone else out there.

Telling people to be prebis and mc geared before they start thinking about ony prequest, haha made my day.

I suggested that if he was unable to kill those 56 to 58 elites solo he was probably not ready for Ony anyway

The OP then volunteered that he was not yet 60 nor had pre-BiS

So it’s hardly an issue to be worrying about that content really is it?

You don’t need pre-bis to do it. You don’t even need to be level 60. What you DO need is a group, which is what Arbet is struggling with as he can’t find anyone to go with him.
