Have feasts and balls there, specially that dwarves are jolly and festive, set your guild’s HQ in there, Which THree hammers is quite a large guild, Ah also, remember the Explorer’s league! It can be very interesting if you got for it ^^

You could try to create events that are linked to in game holidays.
Altough I don’t think you can do something with the lunar festival, maybe you could organize something with Love is in the air? Maybe a play in Ironforge about Gnomeo and Juliet the (dark iron) dwarf?

I’ve been willing to find something different than Stormwind to RP in and thought Ironforge could be quite the decent spot should someone start the initiative… but the attempts to ban Void Elves concern me. :slightly_frowning_face:

nothin’ personnel, kid.

I think the issue that might be with having Ironforge themed, i.e. dwarven themed events, is that it might not be attractive to other races mainly humans which are the majority of the Alliance player base, but open events are awesome

Yeah, I also of an Archaelogist char and I was thinking of making a trivia night

Well, I heard rumours, nothing officiall ofcourse, that there’s a Explorer’s League guild in the making.

So let’s hope they’ll set up in Ironforge in between events

I’ve brought lots of people to Ironforge over the years, many different races included. As long as event organisers don’t have a “OMG -insert non dwarf/gnome race- should not be here” attitude I do not see an issue in visiting events there with friends.

Can only really reiterate what Manata posted back earlier. Build it and they shall come.

Given the theme of the current expansion, something akin to markets, festivals or city hours might seem a tad out of place, but I disagree.

You could always go with the justification that a group of dwarven senators or some such facilitates a civil event in order to gain coin with the purpose of financing the war effort.

Try host a series of regular events! Some players will linger about after they’re finished and this in turn might get more traction. Before you know it, you’ve made a hub.

Good luck!

Ah, this just a joke…mostly

A couple of you might recognise me from the Kharanos Winter’s Veil celebration - I can only really reiterate what others have said. Build it, and people will come.
Hubs tend to form naturally around accessibility, ease of being there in-character, and usually quality, which often becomes variety as more people arrive.

It’s been too long since we’ve had a proper Dwarven hub! I’ll have to pay a visit on one of my characters - best of luck to you all!
