How to get rid of tarnished soul outside of SoM?

I played a bit if SoM back when it was released and that was fine, but got bored a bit later. I came back to WoW era and decided to move my SoM to an era server. 1 of these characters had the Iron of Soul buff. I thought it was kinda cool as not many people had that buff since it was not a SoM server. But eventually I pulled 3 mobs, wich was no problem, but the 4 that respawned while I was still fighting was a big problem. Long story short I died. Not a big deal I wasn’t doing and ironman challenge anyway, so just ress and keep going.

But when I died I lost my iron of soul buff, wich is fine, but now I got tarnished soul debuff. On SoM I could visit a guy in IF and he would remove the debuff, but that guy isn’t on this server since it isn’t SoM. How do I get rid of the debuff? I can’t be the only person having this problem?

I would open a ticket to get rid of that debuff that’s probably your best bet

I tried. It seems you can’t open a ticket at all, if your problem is one of the preset things Blizz wrote a short article on.

That is Blizzes costumer service anno 2023. If this had happened back when vanilla was retail it would be fixed already.

Just say your problem is not listed or even go to another category like payment issue or stuff like that
