How to move items between backpack and bank faster?

Hi guys, I know there are macros that allow you to switch between equipped items. I noticed Payo used to to equip PvE/PvP gear etc.

Is there something that basically allows you to move items to the bank and move other items from the bank to your backpack?
For example if I do raids, I don’t need PvP bandages, PvP pots, engineering gadgets etc. in my bag so I would be nice to move it to the bank easily.

Hold them all in one bag and drag and drop the bag to a bank bag slot.

If you use a bank bag on one of your existing bags it will swap em
