Im on my way to 60 with this char and will probably be there in a month or two. As a casual i want to do the Molten core and Onyxia to start with. I play now as a BM Hunter.
No PVP at all. ( Im on Firemaw tho)
Can anyone please give me a short description what i must and should do at level 60 or before to do thoose raids and i would be happy:)
(please dont just say google or look up guides because im asking the pro´s here instead! )

How about gear? I dont run any dungeons before 60 or at least 55.
Can i do raids as BM or must i be MM.

You can clear those raids with almost no gear. Most groups will probably require some effort from you. Look into pre raid bis or get really good at begging.
Same as above. As a hunter your contribution will be rather low anyway but most groups will want you to at least play best spec.
You don’t need to do anything. Personally I would prefer to always raid with a guild but you can clear those raids with 20 people, hands optional.
Dunno, not playing ERA. Considering how… unique loot tables are in Vanilla and importance of Ony head both raids probably see some action if there is any raiding scene.

Google pre-raid bis gear for your class and spec because people demand it.
Check guides on onyxia and mc.
You can also do 0.5 quest line but it isn’t worth it unless you just like unfair questing and spending hundreds of gold for nothing
