Hello. As soon as a new month begins, I have the battle pass tasks on my 28 characters. If I remove the quests on one character, they stay on the other characters. How can I remove the tasks from all characters at once?

I’m not really sure what you mean, the trading post tasks are completed and or upgraded on all characters, so if you lets say complete 5 quests and get the task for that it upgrades and is now complete 25 quests, but to my knowledge they don’t really take up any space and give you items in return for completing it so it shouldn’t be a problem and once you progress the log on 1 character its progressed on all characters for your account.
Maybe you’re experiencing a bug and in that case I’d recommend changing your post from general discussion to Technical support.
I’ve never seen any tasks in relation to the trading post, I just do stuff in the world and get notifications from time to time that something I did was relevant to the trading post.
There is a LOT of stuff in there, and you don’t have to do any of it really. Just play the game as you would, and you’ll find you get 1000 Tender easily enough.
We don’t have a battlepass so I’m grateful for those that worked out it was the Trading Post. 
Nothing tracks unless you set it to track. You’ll just find things clock off automatically each month. You can ignore that. It’s just a box that pops up saying you’ve done it.
If things are tracking like quests on the right hand side and you can’t shift click them to untrack them then you may need to do a user interface reset.
A quick google seems to suggest that one player managed to stop this issue by clearing their cache. Might want to try that first.

I mean, they appear at the place, where you follow the quests. even if I didn’t click on the tasks to follow them and that’s annoying. I’ll try deleting the cache folder. Many thanks to everyone for the quick and friendly help.
I’m not quite sure what you mean, the tracking for trading post tasks is in the adventure log (Where the game suggests things to do), but they don’t usually show up in your quest log or the quest-tracking bit on screen at all.

All the tasks are account wide and spread across all your characters. You can complete it passively by just playing all your characters.
Not unless you Shift + Click to add them to your tracker. They do not track automaticaly.
There is a bug with the traders tasks auto tracking for no reason. I have it myself and it’s just certain tasks that seem to do it.
Eveytime i untrack them and log out they reappear on my tracker. If i log an alt or create a new character those same tasks immediatley appear on my tracker.
They basically keep reappering until the task is complete.

Its a messy bug.
If any of your alts had it tracking and you didn’t remove it, it will be added to other characters you log into.
Removing it on one character does not remove it on all. Its so annoying.

This seems to have worked, I have tried it on 8 or so characters (just to make sure) and none of them had the trade post tasks any more.

Is there an AddOn (like Handy Notes or some such) that could be doing this?
I believe it’s just a bug. Which is why clearing the cache seems to fix it.
They just mean it appears on the tracker where quests do.
It’s not addon related, just a general bug with the tracker (like the one where doing a dragon race wipes your tracked quests). Clearing the cache fixes it but it tends to come back after a while.
I remove my Trading Post tracking quests but they always shows up after the next login… Cant get rid of them.

Did you try clearing you game cache as linked further up?
I created a new character, because there is a trading post task, where you have to level up 10 levels with certain classes. I thought that if I create an allied race, which start at lv 10, I will automatically complete the task. But that wasn’t the case and I discovered, that these trading post tasks also appear on new characters. just for your information.
Im also having this issue with all of my characters.
When a new season comes the task to complete 15 pet battles appears below my quest objectives.
This time around I also had the world boss task there aswell, so its getting worse.
