How to report bots - is it even worth it?

Hey there,

simple Question. How and where do i or you report bots?
I know at least 5 people currently running a bot on my server: 2 Farm bots, 1 level bot and 2 Ah sniping bots.
I have reported them multiple times and they are still active and annoying the crap out of me.
You can’t or are not allowed to report them via Support tickets since simply you are not allowed to create one for this reason and are asked to report them ingame.
This means i have to travel to each bot to be able to rightclick him … you have to be kidding right ?

Regards

they don’t get banned

Bots are owned by Bizzare employees and their associates. Apparently 15e/month is not enough for maintaining the game.

I just whisper the bots everyday just so i can rightclick their name and report for cheating. Does it do anything? Probably not as every single bot is still around.

For me it take away a lot of my motivation for wow. It’s obvious Blizzard doesn’t care about the consumer and view us as nothing but free money wich again leads to me believing the game has no future.

You should consider playing the game and focus on having fun instead of following a bot for 2 hours and be bored and mad cus of something that in reality shouldn’t matter at all for you. Go farm do a dungeon with some friends do some pvp or maybe raid instead of using your energy on getting mad about something you can’t change just play the game man… to be honest all this qq on forum is so tiresome…

if you will search to destroy bots? you’ll waste your whole everyday typing reports

You’re right. The bots in AV has absolutely no impact on other people on their server trying to rank up…

Yeah, ok.

If Blizzard cared, where should the bots/afk’ers have their fun then for the 15 euros each pays monthly?

Get your friends and guildies to report them. Send a detailed e-mail at hacks@blizzard.com. Some of them are already being banned and crying on reddit about it.

they get banned eventually and when they do you get ranked so your point is kinda invalid in the long run.

Super advice.
In wow we compete against other players and not npc, online game.
Yeah lets waste our time playing against bots.

|_ This. Some bots have been farming 2-3 month (20g per hour) and still not banned despite reports.

not worth it /thread

Its not worth the time reporting them because nothing will happen. If something would happen it would already have happened. Got it?

the most idiotic logic ive ever seen…lets not even take the 5s worth of reporting cuz nothing happens … i agree blizz isn’t doing sh1t about it, i agree they’re ruining the game for every1 but if u do nothing, then expect nothing…at least if u do the right thing then u’re at peace with urself…and mby, one day, a miracle will happen  (hope dies last)

you know the funny thing is how my original ticket was closed with “report them via ingame function” and i just realised one bot is farming razorfang now because his old spot was being too populated with other bots and they were farmed for honor all the time
kinda funny kinda sad ~~

I love bots, free honor.

The most ironic thing of all time :

When you unsubscribe, they finally ASK what is wrong and why are you leaving. Maybe this is the way what may bring balance to the force

in other words : Who the hell cares, they dont .

Where do we get those legal bots.
Can’t find the section on battle.net

Blizz doesnt care If its a Player or Bot, as long as they pay their sub
