How to see target player health as value instead of %?

Hello,

In the 2019 fresh classic there was an option to see both your faction or enemies target health as a value instead of percentages. Now I cannot find the option or addon that gives me a solution to it. I can see other mobs health values, but not players.

Is there any solution to this?
