Https:// eu.shop.battle.net not working

The EU shop website is not loading.
Anyone else with the same issue?

Shop is loading perfectly fine on my end, I haven’t tried to purchase anything so I can’t confirm that - the basic website loads up though fine.

You could try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies if you are still having this issue.

Hey Nerfhammer, we are looking into Shop issues like what you describe. Could I ask you to find and reply back with some info please, it may help get to the bottom of this:

  • Open a new Chrome browser window, load up the Shop then hit F12 to open the dev window and click on ‘Console’.
    If you have any errors/text there please paste them or a screenshot in a reply.

  • After having loaded the Shop, paste the JSESSIONID Content cookie info. Found by clicking on your browser Settings → Advanced → Content Settings → Cookies → See all cookies and site data → use the filter to search for “eu.shop.battle.net”.
    It will look something like: “D1231FREC11265841231F0CEWcd3fW.bladeXX_eu_a_bnet_shop_storefront”

The EU shop just loaded now.

I tried different browsers and even the battle[dot]net loading app wasn’t loading it.

anyway, it is OK now.

Just minutes ago, I tried buying a wow token 3 times - doesn’t work. What’s more, I have to quit wow from desktop, because I can’t escape the shop. On top of everything else, and on a Saturday…don’t know why I just renewed.

No, it is not - in game shop for tokens still bugs up at security check - but I see the blueboy that commented isn’t returning

Thanks for reporting back Nerfhammer! We’ve heard the same with the Shop suddenly working normally. It’s very strange and making it difficult to troubleshoot.

Schmi, what you are reporting doesn’t sound like the same issue as you’ve been able to start the process (from in-game) while others are getting a completely blank/non-loading web store. If you are getting the blank website issue could you provide the info I asked for please and we’ll get it passed on! Otherwise I’d suggest getting in contact with customer support via a ticket.

If anyone else experiences the blank/non-loading store it would be greatly appreciated if you could report back with any Console errors and shop JSESSIONs so we can get that in the hands of our tech teams. Thanks in advance!

Good day, I have the same problem as stated here i keep trying to open the shop through the website and the battle.net app but keep getting a blank screen. I will post the info you asked above in the hope it can help you fix the problem for me and hopefully for others that share the same problem. My F12 console text states as follows: 10092642028.js:1 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT and the JSESSIONID data is this: E7050C3E52157A9BB08081D15AC97CE3.blade04_eu_b_bnet_shop_storefront

I’m having the same issue since 2-3 days ago, the shop won’t open at all. It’s the same both using a browser and the launcher. I can access everything else normally but the shop. Another guildie that I asked hasn’t had any issues at all.
Edit: this is the error message I get when opening Firefox Developer Tools (I’ve replaced dots with commas because it won’t let me post links):

Loading failed for the with source “blob:https:// eu,shop,battle,net/9f545c96-dd02-4094-a267-4263505a04ea”. en-us:1:1
Loading failed for the with source “https:// cdn,optimizely,com/js/10092642028.js”.

What happens if you open the site on a mobile/tablet that’s using a mobile ISP instead of your usual one? I wonder if it could be an issue resolving the address to the store/something of the store.
Also are you using Bannhoff from Sweden? Saw two people on another forum who had the issue and are on that.

You 're right, I opened the store page on my mobile using my mobile ISP and it loaded right away.
Also yes, I’m using Bahnhof in Sweden. May I ask what other forum you saw people having the same issue? I want to see how they solved it.

I’m afraid they haven’t said they’ve sorted it, so might not have. It’s on the classic games forum, so technically not even the right place for that thread :stuck_out_tongue: But it seems it’s something that is being looked into. If you know how to change the DNS you could try testing Google’s DNS to see if the page loads with it (though make sure to save your current DNS so you can revert to it afterwards), other than that it might be a matter of waiting for it to be fixed.

@Nyshae i tried with and without googles dns and still the shop wont load, not even from the bnet app, not from the web shop, i tried different OS aswell, different browsers, all the troubleshooting i could find, and still nothing…

Same issue here ! EU store on whatever device is not working , but the US one is.

same issue it wont open just a blank page in blue and the us opens actually i was trying to renew my sub but :S guess u guys dont want me to play anymore
