Sorry to hear that some of you are experiencing issues accessing the EU store. For those of you still experiencing could you reply with the Jsession ID please:
Mozilla/Firefox installation:
- Go to Tools > Option > Remove Individual cookies
Note: We’re not removing the cookies - If the Tools option is not present, use this guide instead.
- For filtering purpose, enter the hostname eu.battle.net or us.battle.net
- Select the lines with JSESSIONID appearing in the Cookie Name column.
- Copy the value in Content
Chrome:
- Copy & Paste this link into Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies/detail?site=eu.battle.net
- Click on JSESSION
- Copy Content
