It very situational and affects match up with TWO!!! classes. For everytime they beat you because of awareness, you beat a warlock and a priest (and possibly a warrior) with WOTF.
For everytime they beat you with awareness, your orc buddies beat a rogue a paladin and possibly a warrior with their stun resistance.
For everytime you awareness kills you, your tauren buddies manage to kill that healer twice by interrupting their heal with warstomp.
It is so very situational… it’s like complaining a Panzerfaust in a WW2 shooter is OP because it can reliably kill tanks. Yeah… sure… but it loses 8/10 times to a damn guy with a Pistol. It’s only OP because you are the thing it specifically targets.
Hi, I’m an undead. I’ve spent the last 2 years with an op racial. I like to cry when others have an even remotely good racial.

i think they should change human racial how wotf is just for stuns instead of fears. now then we will see how “not” op wotf is cause it counters locks/priest the same way as this sort of human racial wound counter rogues+warriors xD
Truth be told it would do nothing vs Warriors, they stun once every 10 sec xD

To be fair it is really op. Its just no where near a “Iwin button” like the op was saying.
They are on alliance side. I have seen 1 gnome rogue over 1000+ games. I have seen more troll rogues and orc rogues then I have seen gnome/ nelf.
Luckily not everyone thinks like you. I did not pick undead for the racial abilities. I pick them cause they have a nice look, sound and have best casting animations in my opinion. I picked Troll shaman even though in PvP Orc has overall the best racials.
You are somewhat contradicting yourself here. 
It is OP but no… it does not drastically influence the outcome of rogue vs. rogue match ups. Yea, right…
Re-read everything I wrote. I always said it was op, I also always said its not nearly as broken as you think it is.

It depends.
Perception is op into any stealth matchup.
Considering you meet a rogue almost every second game in 3s or 2s at high or low rating just improves its strength over all.
It’s more powerful in 2s than in other brackets but still very very powerful most of the time.
In general alliance racials seem weaker than wotf stun resist or an aoe stun/silence, but when looking at it class wise this changes.
The best rogue is a human
the best priest is a dwarf
the best warrior is a gnome
the best druid is a tauren
the best lock is a human
the best mage is an undead or human
the best hunter is a dwarf
the best shaman is an orc
The best pala is a blood elf or dwarf
Considering the op classes in tbc are lock druid rogue priest mage alliance has the better min max racial setup in 3 to 4 out of 5. If you count warrior as op too its 4-5 out of 6.
As a shaman I’m dependent on beeing an orc. If I dont resist a stun I just kinda lose, there is no outplay to permanent cc into death but rng resists.
Id rather have it differently and wotlk will bring that.
Until then, enjoy tbc for what it is.
If theres anything that shouldn’t be allowed in arenas going forward it would be legendary weapons. The gleves, the bow, even the axe in wrath.
Once they are online any resemblance of fair or balanced pvp is gone.

So the problem is not Perception being op, but that Rogues are op. So instead of asking for a racial nerf and thus “buffing” the real problem of the xpac, why not just ask for Rogue nerfs ?

By your logic Mir and Petraxis play UD the most, so the bis Rogue is not Human. And even if it was its still not a valid way to look at things.
Look at the top 100, then make a comparison. Mir could play a troll and he would still be rank 1. That does not make the troll racial op for Rogues.

And the rest of your points are wrong too. Higher rated players for the most part complain about the rng fiesta that is TBC. But that does not mean that UD and a few other racials are not busted. People just learn to live with it because there is not much that they can do to about it.
