Hi!
I have a Bloodaxe Worg, Son of Hakkar & a Winterspring Screecher(Owl).
But I’m not sure when it comes to raiding which will fulfill best its purpose for the raid.
For example; MC what do I take? BWL, ONY & ZG.
Suggestion to other pets are welcome but I think I have the 3 best pets possible atm. .

Cat is best for all Raids. Bloodaxe worg is never worth it.

Must be brokentooth. Level 37 rare in badlands.
I believe the wolf’s furious howl ability evens out the slightly higher raw DPS of the cat. I suppose the cat for more personal damage and the wolf to buff the raid’s damage.
Btw, it will also make the tank take a whole lot more damage from the boss parrying your pet’s attacks if you’re not careful.
A wolf is only worth if it you can reliably buff your full melee group with it.
A cat will do nice raw dps, but only worth it if you can place it behind the boss.
Wind serpent is a nice golden middle option, doing decent damage as well as being able to do some dps from a distance when necessary.
Owl is actually really nice for reducing the incoming boss damage, if you have a spare debuff slot that is.
I raid with a serpent simply because it can eat mage food :D, and then I don’t have to respec my cat too.

What you have to consider when using wolf is that furious howl has a 15 yard radius, meaning you would have to be in almost melee range on each pull in order to buff your party and yourself.
I also tested it out with one MC and at the end their damage really does even out but that is if every howl buffs the entire party. For me that’s just too limiting and i feel like the cat offers more raw power if controller properly.
Also i’m currently exploring the Wing Serpent as 100 nature damage seems like quite a lot and it also has some range.
Other than that for PvP i’ll be getting a scorpion just to mess with healers.
I feel like it’ll mess with your own CC more than anything else tbh, but I guess in mass fights it could work.
Of course if there is a posibility to CC the healer I’ll never send the scorpion, but most of the time that’s not the case as they have multiple dispellers,
I either use a wind serpent or boar. They both eat mage food so I don’t have to spend any money keeping them happy. It really makes minimal difference to PvE.
I see most people taking the bloodaxe worg to MC and Son of Hakkari now after ZG. I’m maxing out atm the winterspring screecher to seethe max stats + skills,
