Phase 3 isn’t even remotely ready to be released yet.
You haven’t cleaned up the mess you created since Phase 1.
I don’t know man, phase 1 hunters appeared more than fine to me. Also I do not think there has ever been any fundamental rune rework at all, only numerical adjustments
Phase 1 hunters were fine on the dps meters.
Their runes were overall crap though.
Same is still the case for Phase 2.
And that’s the problem, the fact that there hasn’t been any fundamental rune rework and only numerical adjustments, that’s the problem.
I think only MM runes are crap. Survival runes are quite decent and BM runes are very much in the spirit of classic BM hunter (passive and brainless, as they should be)

The new Lock and load rune seems odd. I like the frenzy rune for BM tho.
Was hoping for some runes that made your abilitys scale better with gear. Fx. traps aswell as some AoE of any kind!

Yeah I think the frenzy rune is going to be an actually fun rune to manage but when it comes to Lock And Load it almost seems like a given since, well, who picks Invigoration? If you’re ranged you’ll go with Trap Launcher as it is the only rune that gives you anything in that slot section and since this one benefits from Trap Launcher, I dunno, seems like a given you’d pick Lock And Load even if isn’t the most interesting of a rune.
This should not be a rune anyway. Having no scaling on spells is a design flaw and asking for rune to correct design flaws is not a good idea
Yep, shouldn’t even be a skill book. They just update moonkin form to be able to cast utility spells. If they can do that then they can update Hunters spells to scale with RAP.
As a Hunter.
We don’t need more MM DMG, or PET DMG, nerf BM don’t care.
We need more defensives, Disengage and Deterrence rework, PLEASE.
Mages are getting even more mobility with blink rune.
Rogue have shadow step, which can remove root from trap.
Warrior can charge in combat and intervene, and can also remove roots from traps.
Shadow priest put 2 dot on you and you are gg without healer, how do you counter that?
Shamans have sort of freedom also.
Please rework DISENGAGE it’s useless.
- Add HARPOON to melee Hunter to leap towards target, and Disengage for ranged hunter to leap backwards as it is in WOTLK.
You can make them on same slot so you can choose only one.
