Hunters need entire Rune Rework, not just buffs Season of Discovery

Bunch of threads about Hunters again, lovely to see. However, it is time to whine about the runes YET AGAIN, as Blizzard appears to be completely inept at taking feedback to their live PTR as to what needs alteration so here we go again! The runes are crap, either in design, allocation and/or synergy. CHEST Lion should not be a rune, remove the 10% bonus to Hunter and make it a skill book. [EDIT: one of the most common complaints form Hunters is how this rune overshadows all the other runes…
