Everyone and even wow social media channel posting all about new content, I purchased The War Within as well but i’m still stuck at 70, nothing else to do other than DF. Why i can’t play the game yet while everyone else playing the new content. Am I scammed or something? I paid the same amount as i did in every previous expansion packs and i was able to play with others without any issue. What is this really? I am literally wasting my subscription times right now even tho i bought the new expansion pack what?

The most expensive edition has early access. The expansion isn’t out yet. You can play in about 13 hours.

Wait what, they can play this earlier than us becaus ethey bought the most expensive pack? IN A SUBSCRIPTON BASED GAME? What is this a brand new scam in the game industry? We were be able to play the new content with only standart packs before this one. What has changed?

It was an early access aka time to level your alts. 80% (If not more) of the contnent will release in 12 hours. Stop whining, you did not miss anything.

Yeah its the latest in a long line of BS. Is it I big deal? No, I don’t think so. But it’s another step in the wrong direction. And I can’t believe that so many people are so short sighted that they can’t realize that.

Are you a bit slow? Ea was a perk clearly advertised. The launch date was also clearly advertised. It’s on you to know what you buy.

To be fair a lot of us have completed the story and got a ton of stuff like mounts. Profs and all sorts. It’s certainly not 80%+

It really wasnt that clearly advertised. I even didnt know about it until recently. Unless you actively follow wow youtubers chances are normal people who are not super invested into the game did not know about it

It’s been on the listing for many many months. Learn to read. Ignorance is no excuse. I don’t watch YouTubers and I am fairly casual with wow.

There is a huge comparative list of what you get (or don’t) when you purchase the versions.
Short of them sending someone round to your house to talk through the options I’m not sure how they could have been much clearer.

Yes so? Thats also pretty much the only place its stated. wich means if you did not preorder you likely wont know about the EA because you havent gone to that screen yet.
You do realize not every player preorders the game right?
And how many people do you think will bother to look at all the goodies in there. Alot of people just go for the cheapest option because they dont want to pay more for digitial goodie crap.
Now outside the purchase screen, when you googled it before the ea started even google would say the expansion starts the 23th

I got emails and battle.net push notification about EA. How much more do you want? If you go out of your way to avoid any information or news about the game, you can hardly blame anyone but yourself for missing it. They absolutely put effort into making it known, because obviously they did when it gets them extra money.
What more did you expect them to do? Blast an unskippable ad in your face when you launch battle.net?
